Dieting, once again

Well the lapband idea is a bust and no pun intended from yesterdays posting.  Seems our insurance has an exclusion policy for weightloss surgeries.  I guess I’m gonna have to put on my big girl panties (pun intended here) and buck up, lose weight the old fashion way, through less food AND exercise.  Bah Humbug!

So here it goes, the beginning of the journey to a healthier, fitter, and possibly bitchier at times me.
